切片機開箱是利用好市多-嫩肩里肌牛肉
切成的火鍋肉片

切肉前需把筋膜切除這次肉塊我是直接對開
把嫩肩中間的那條筋花點時間剔的乾乾淨淨
得到嫩肉很值得的唷^ ^

想吃肉山火鍋的時候自己這樣切豬肉、牛肉
蠻有樂趣的
